Did you know that there are only 4 weeks left in the 2018 Peterborough Downtown Farmers’ Markets season? Our last market for this year is on October 25th. Come on down to stock up on all your favourite products, thank your farmers, and bring someone who hasn’t visited yet, or in awhile for lunch!
Starting in 1997, the Peterborough Downtown Farmers’ Market was formed by a group of local farmers’ looking to set-up a new, producers only market that would help them grow their businesses, build community, and offer customers a mid-week downtown location for purchasing fresh seasonal produce, meats cheeses, flowers, baking and local goods. We are very proud to be a producers only market, for two decades going strong, we believe we have the freshest, most delicious local products direct from the growers and producer for you to enjoy, and we know that our customers are an integral part of our fabulous market.
