Guest Chefs Lindsey & Andrew working hard to give out amazing samples to a busy market crowd. Nothing but mmm’s & ‘this is delicious’ and thank-you’s could be heard. Thanks to the great Brio Gusto Chefs and to all our wonderful farmers’ who kindly donated some of their produce & product to make the samples local & delicious!
delicious samples given out by Brio Gusto – freshly made heirloom potato dill chips, crackers topped with peach basil jam & bacon and a cup of bean salad with feta!

 

 incredible potato chips made from a selection of heirloom potatoes from Martin’s Fruit & Vegetables and Deer Bay Farms topped with fresh Sunroot Organics dill. Those colours are incredible, and the taste? spectacular!

 

 bean and summer squash salad with Woolerdale mixed colour beans, Cross Wind feta, Sunroot Organics pattypan squash and zucchini, and some fresh cherry tomatoes too.

 

This peach basil jam was put atop homemade crackers with Lane’s End Bacon. I could’ve eaten it straight from the jar. A unique & delicious combination of flavours.
