Despite overcast skies, the day was full of happy customers taking in the market & tasting the incredible samples from our guest Chef.
Lisa preparing flank steak from Traynor Beef. She marinated it in a delicious mix of spices, grilled it briefly on site, then wrapped it around asparagus & grilled it again.
